Creating a Valid POA for China

If You're Outside China

  1. Draft the POA - Include specific powers, agent details, and duration
  2. Notarize - Have it notarized in your country
  3. Authenticate - Get authentication from Chinese embassy/consulate
  4. Translate - Have it translated into Chinese
